Had Xfinirty installed yday; can't get Tv started this morn; very upsetting; need help now; need TV for weekend ?!?!?!?
msg on tv with hdmi 2 in upper lefthand corner... = no signal; check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button... also something about testing Firmware !?!?!? I am not a Guinea pig!!!

Which input is your Xfinity box connected to on your TV? HDMI1, HDMI2, other?
find the plug, unplug it and plug it back, make sure your tv is on the same input it is connected to, use the input button on the remote THAT CAME WITH YOUR TV to set this.
also did you try unplugging the xfinity box and waiting 10 seconds and reconnecting it?

Tk y Pauly... just out of Hosp ; I looked at wi-fi in basement; looked at it and got scared; my TV was working just fine before the Rogers Tech came by yesterday... 30 years with Rogers after MacLean's Tv... unforgivable !!! Not the Cat's meow!

Hello again Pauly... i went to the basement to the Wi-fi box... can't tell which HDMI it's connected to... the print is wihte on white... who designs this equipment ? I'm 86; I guess I don't deserve good service ? after 30 years with Rigers ?!?!?
