I have had the same error all morning, rebooted the router and the box numerous times and no solution on either box. What's the next step?

Hello! Not a moderator or staff member, just keeping busy while I wait in queue.
This particular error code means there's a bad signal coming through. (This can mean a lot of things!)
But what it means most of all is you need a tech to come out and address the issue. Call and book a van, or open a support Live Chat for same.
