How do I store my BritBox password in the app on my Ignite TV device please?

Thank you for posting to the Rogers Community!

The easiest way to access BritBox is by saying “BritBox” into your voice remote to launch the app.

If you already have a BritBox account, you can sign in using your TV or by entering a code on the BritBox website.

You can  access your Britbox account using the "Connect Your TV" button on their website, by entering your email and password into the BritBox app, or by entering a code at britbox.com/connect/rogers.

I am having the same problem.  Got Britbox a week ago, and every day I enter the app, it asks me to sign in again.  The response below does nothing to address this problem.  It should keep the password until the subscription has expired, should it not ??
