Can you take an Ignite box to another home with Ignite?

I would like to temporarily take one of my Ignite boxes to my GFs house.  She also has Ignite cable.  Would the box work, or is the box tied to my physical location/gateway?

This is not something I would recommend.

1. The box is "assigned" to your account, not hers.  Not sure what would happen when it boots - perhaps even become "mixed up"?

2. The box would need to be added to her WiFi/Ethernet.

3. There is nothing on your box - all recordings are in the cloud.

4. I'm also not sure what would happen when you get the box home again since the system could theoretically "see" what you've done.

5. This is not like a NextBox, which you could temporarily take to a friend's home.

Question - why would you want to do this?

The answer on why is because we want to watch the Masters this weekend and she is packing up her place to move and has misplaced remotes, TV boxes, etc.
