While watch sports live eg hockey my picture goes blurry

Are you using our Ignite TV services? Have you tried rebooting your cable box? Are other boxes showing similar issues?  If not, please let us know and we will investigate further for you.

Yes all boxes the same
Note:I also have bell satellite and everything is working perfect
