Are we suppose to have ICI Explora??

Are we suppose to have ICI Explora?? it show up on the Free Preview page, but no where to be found on the app or TV box. I would love to have it, there's a show on that channel that I would love to watch.

It's strange that you haven't been able to access this free preview channel. I typed in '589' on my Xfinity Voice remote and it came right up!

By any chance, have you tried rebooting your Xfinity TV box to see if that helps? 

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue when trying to tune into this free preview channel? (ICI Explora, Channel 589)

I just tuned to that channel (589).  No problems.

589 don't exist in my area, there's no channel asign to it. The irony is that it's a French channel and I live in a French area. I'm in Acadian Peninsula area in New-Brunswick.
Is that channel recently added?, we never had it before, It also don't show up on my account and channel list on the website.

@ReneHache : Have you tried saying "ICI Explora" or something similar into the voice commands?  Did you do a System Refresh?

The Voice commands give me a search for "You See Extra", And a regular Reboot from the system menu did no change. It still doesn't show up, even if I switch the guide to All Channel or manually enter the number.
Also the CH+/- jump from 547 (RDF TV) to 590 (ICI RDI), there nothing in between.
It's possible that someone forgot to add the channel for my area.

I assume you're searching using French commands. Have you tried just saying "Explora"? or spelling the channel using either voice or search?  Do not try to spell all of the channel name at once when searching, see what comes up as suggestions after each letter.  If you still don't get it, you may wish to PM the mods to have them look into your issue.

hmm, my channel numbers are different here in Ontario...ICI RDI is 604

Just "Explora" alone with the voice give a search for "Explorer" tried with both french and english accent.
It also don't even show up on Zap2it (nothing new, there's been a few channels missing on it).

I'll probably wait a few days to see if it eventually show up, I know with all the changes from this week, the technicians probably have been very busy.
