I clicked on a channel, it asked if I wanted to watch in 4K and I clicked it and now I can’t access any channels. The voice button, guide button won’t work and it says: video is unexpectedly unavailable. Anyone know how to fix this? I’ve turned everything on and off with no luck

@Lwebb83 Turning equipment off/on rarely does anything. You should unplug the modem/gateway for a few seconds and plug it back in. This will reboot your system and you should be fine. You will not have any TV or internet during the few minutes it takes to reboot.
Because a 4K channel takes more bandwidth, there may have been a temporary issue at your location/area, or in your home. You can use the Home Connect app, go to WiFi and Troubleshooting and Test your Network to ensure you have good connections between your equipment.
