Is the only way to activate an inactive pay as you go account is to call? and nothing for online?

For Pay As You Go, you have 3 options for contact:
1. Toll Free:
2. Fax:
3. Mail:
However, regarding an account that was deactivated or any inquiries surrounding this situation, phoning is likely the best method of communication as you need to speak with a Pay as you Go representative.
To do so dial the 1-800-575-9090 number. Then, choose option 4, then option 4 again (how to contact Rogers).
At the end of the information on how to contact us, you will select option 1 to speak with an a agent.
