PAYGO recharge issues

Roland7570
I've been around

Please kindly help. I'm currently out of Canada. I have been trying to load credit into my PAYGO phone through a PAYGO recharge voucher as I usually do, using *611, but phone message continuously says the " *611 dialed, is not Valid". Please help, need to load credit URGENTLY to avoid losing the call credit balance on the phone, expiring 6/23/2022. Thanks for your quick intervention.

I don't understand (June 23?). Do you mean November 23?

The only other way I know to call is to use the 1-800 number, as indicated in the link below. This may only work in North America, so I don't know if that helps you or not.

There is no way to use online any more for PAYGo.  I'm not even sure if the mods on this forum can help. You can try to PM them by clicking the link that follows and sending them a message, @CommunityHelps   Usually the PAYGo CSRs are dedicated to PAYGo only and  no other CSRs can help.

You could also try chat, but again, they have been useless with PAYGo.

This is one of the reasons I have all my utilities, banking, Rogers, etc set up for Auto-pay.  That way when I'm out of the country, everything takes care of itself.

There is a number for outside of Canada and that may get you through to a CSR who may then be able to transfer you to PAYGo.
