Was entering my credit card number to make an online purchase, when Rogers broken telling me I had insufficient calls I needed to Add Money. I was unsuccessful in trying to Add Money and now I’m locked out my iPhone. I cannot add money on Rogers.

You may need to use a friend's phone or a home phone to call the PAYGo (prepaid) phone number to add your funds. See the link below:

If you have a new credit card number that is not currently on file with PAYGo, then you'll need to talk to an agent as outlined in the link above.
I'm not sure if *611 works when you're out of funds, but give it a try.
The phone number in the link I provided is the only way to do anything regarding PAYGo (pre-paid). I seem to recall that someone mentioned that the times agents are available may have changed a bit... Here's what that person said if you need to talk to an agent: "Their hours are Mon-Fri 10am-8pm Eastern Time. Sat and Sun are closed."
