Why am I getting Error 404, when I try to Top Up or Change Payment Method? How to fix this?

Hello @gnc207 : I'm not sure why you're getting that message, sounds like an issue with the browser/website, perhaps at Rogers end. The only way to contact PAYGo customer service is to call them, as outlined in the link below. Follow the directions carefully. I have always found the PAYGo people very helpful and usually there is not a long wait. There is no other way to contact PAYGo.

It's been like that for months (with Error). And now when I have to change credit card, the same thing, Error 404. Thanks.
