Which LTE bands around Lake Huron

AndrewServ
I've been around

I'm adding an LTE router and network to my cruiser boat and am trying to pick a antennas.

I've looked all through the forums / Rogers site - and while I can find coverage maps, I can't tell which bands are used (and knowing the band helps antenna selection.)

Anyone know which bands are used around Georgian Bay, Killarney, Little Current areas?

Thanks, Andrew

Greetings @AndrewServ,

A warm welcome to the Rogers Community and great first post! 🙂

We were able to confirm that Rogers may use a combination of the following bands on our LTE cell sites:

Band 4 – 2100 MHz

Band 12 or 17 – 700 MHz

Band 71 – 600 MHz

If you are purchasing an antenna to use while on your boat, we'd strongly recommend visiting a store which specializes in this sort of equipment to avoid any issues with interference while on our wireless networks (due to the equipment type or a faulty installation).

Hope this helps!
