Slow 5G

Anyone else from the Ayr On area? Not sure how 5G can be below 1MB per second and at best 15-16mb/s?

These speeds were taken on the cell network, its even worse on the rural wireless.. tv isnt watchable

1km down the road speeds are over 200.

I think this is an area specific issue. Nothing to do rather than bearing this. Also if it's your home,you can use wifi calling.

I can imagine how inconvenient slow speeds can be. We haven't been notified of an ongoing service issue in your area. Have you had a chance to get in touch with our Wireless Technical Support team? They may be able to recommend steps to improve the service.
