Our cell coverage has deteriorated significantly over the past 6 months. Before anyone asks:
Basically, I've been told that unless more people complain, nothing will be done and we are welcome to move our business elsewhere.
So much for exceptional service.

Very Frustrating for sure. I agree with you. We have a cottage, was suspended 2 x from extended service, there part time in the summer which is not great service since 5g was introduced. I had no choice and went to Telus. Rogers forced me out. My home internet keeps going out also. Rogers has to pick up their heels.
