Phone and data down

Hello, from today's morning, I dont have any data on my phone, and I can not even receive calls with their name of phone number, and it just shows No caller ID even for my saved numbers, I am on the rogers lie for 4 hours and I need  the issue to be solved asap.

Just give customer service a call they should be able to look into this and help get it fixed for you!
