Unlimited Data at Reduced Speeds

Miskay
I've been around

Why is it that Rogers gives us a certain amount of high speed data and then that runs out and the regular speed is extremely slow. It’s not right and not fair. We should all have high speed in this day and age and the “speed pass” this is money gouging it’s not fair. The regular speed may as well be dial up bc it’s terrible. This should be changed to all data speed to the same high speed.

Good day @Miskay!

A warm welcome to the Rogers community and thank you for your contribution! 🙂

All Rogers Infinite plans come with a set amount of max speed data. Beyond that data allotment, your plan comes with unlimited data at reduced speeds. The great thing about these plans is that you'll never have to worry about getting billed for data overage fees.

If you find that you are consistently exceeding the max speed data in your allotted bucket each month, you may want to consider upgrading to a higher data plan that better suits your needs.

We'd be happy to review some plan options with you? Feel free to shoot us a PM @CommunityHelps to get started.

Thank you,
RogersYasmine
