Existing mobile customer that have access to myRogers. Signed up for Xfinity internet last week and only received one email (with contract and critical summary) with masked account number (even though the email mentioned that i should have received 2 other emails).
How do i get my internet account? was not able to get through customer support all day long (never ending hold on mobile and autoclosing chat sessions). is there a way to receive account number or alternate way to link the account (I have the confirmation number). Or can i just walk into rogers store (with ID and my existing mobile account info) to get it linked?
Right now when i log in i can only see my mobile account. Any help appreciated.

Log into MyRogers using a web browser on a computer. Go to the "Overview" page and at the top-left area of the page, you should see MyRogers and your account number. Click on the account number and that will cause a drop-down menu to open. If your Xfinity account is linked, you can select it from the drop-down. If it is not linked, there is an option to Link another account.

thnx. my problem is that i don't have the account number as rogers never sent a welcome email (where the account number supposed be). Insanely long wait time when i called rogers and chat is useless and autocloses.

great. will do. hopefully that works.
Rogers should either clean up their process and make sure there are no issues in sending out the account number and/or linking automatically for existing customers with other products. Otherwise at least provide alternative way given Rogers can verify me in multiple ways (phone, email activation link etc, etc)
