1) Are you able to log into the MyRogers app/browser?
2) Once logged in, are you stuck on the Overview tab?
3) What happens when you switch to the WiFi tab? Does it not load? Or do you see a blank screen?
4) What type of mobile device are you using?
Just need a bit more info to assist you further.

Thank you for answering our questions.
Did you originally setup your modem using the app, @Hussein8080 or did you use Easy Connect?
In my experience, this issue occurs when the modem is not setup using the app. If this is the case, you'll need to factory reset your modem then set it back up again using the Rogers Xfinity app.
