Rogers Xfinity App not showing what connected to my wifi network

I've been here awhile
I can't see what contacted to my network as the app showing Mr only my account information and nothing else.

Can someone halp

You've come to the right place, we'll be happy you with this issue. I have a few questions to get started:

 

1) Are you able to log into the MyRogers app/browser?

2) Once logged in, are you stuck on the Overview tab?

3) What happens when you switch to the WiFi tab? Does it not load? Or do you see a blank screen?

4) What type of mobile device are you using?

 

Just need a bit more info to assist you further.

Answers to your questions
1-Yes I can access my Rogers from app/browser
2-when login I can see my account information with no issue but this app (MyRogers) is working fine.
The issue is with (Rogers Xfinity) app as it's not showing me anything other than my account information
3- I can't see this in Rogers Xfinity app
4- My phone is Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Thank you for answering our questions.

 

Did you originally setup your modem using the app, @Hussein8080 or did you use Easy Connect?

 

In my experience, this issue occurs when the modem is not setup using the app. If this is the case, you'll need to factory reset your modem then set it back up again using the Rogers Xfinity app.
