Re: Rogers Ignite WI-FI Hub App Not Working After Update

Hello, @Montrlboy10201

Thank you for sharing your concern in our community!

I know how important it is to have consistent access to the Ignite WiFi Hub app to conveniently manage the WiFi network inside of your home.

  • Have you made any recent changes to your services?
  • Are you able to access Rogers.com and view your Ignite Internet services?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstall the app on your devices?
  • Is this issue affecting all of your devices tested thus far?

We look forward to your response!
