I'm having a major problem with the android smartphone Rogers Ignite WiFi hub app version 3.19.0.2020010061612305, previous to this version I had no actual problems with the previous versions before October. It's not recognizing that I have Rogers Ignite WiFi network

I know how important it is to have consistent access to the Ignite WiFi Hub app to conveniently manage the WiFi network inside of your home.

 

  • Have you made any recent changes to your services?
  • Are you able to access Rogers.com and view your Ignite Internet services?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstall the app on your devices?
  • Is this issue affecting all of your devices tested thus far?

Hi Tony, no actually I haven't made any changes since my renewal back in July it has been since the recent updates on the Wi Fi hub app since October 2020
