I am a new customer and have transferred my number to Rogers recently. My phone is activated and I was able to access the app all day, but now am getting the error:
No active services to manage You're waiting for activation, so there's nothing to manage right now. To review and manage your appointments, sign in to your MyRogers account at rogers.com.
… I am able to login to the desktop version fine. I’ve deleted the app, redownloaded it and logged out and back in, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Just to clarify, when logged into your MyRogers profile via the website, are you able to see the details of your new wireless services? If not, you'll need to link your new account to your online profile.
