I am a new customer and have transferred my number to Rogers recently. My phone is activated and I was able to access the app all day, but now am getting the error:
No active services to manage You're waiting for activation, so there's nothing to manage right now. To review and manage your appointments, sign in to your MyRogers account at rogers.com.
… I am able to login to the desktop version fine. I’ve deleted the app, redownloaded it and logged out and back in, but nothing works. Any ideas?
