After I key in my username and pw the same message "something went wrong" pops up. If I can't pay the bills y'all covering it.

1) What device are you using?
2) Do you have the most updated version of the app?
3) Are you having issues accessing the app on multiple devices?
4) Are you able to log into MyRogers via the browser?
5) Have you tried to clear the app cache? Additionally, depending on your device type you can also try to uninstall/reinstall the app.
In order to avoid missing out on due dates or getting charged a late payment fee, it may be best to make a payment via the MyRogers browser while we work to resolve the app issue for you :).
