I recently upgraded to an iPhone 15 since then I am not able to sign into my Rogers ignite app. I have attempted to delete reinstall powered off my phone still no luck. I get to the user ID screen on website and then it freezes will let me do anything it won’t go any further, thank you for your help

Have you had any issues previously signing into the app before switching to the new phone?
Are you able to sign into your MyRogers account using the same login credentials?
If you are able to sign into your MyRogers account, then ensure you are using the same login credentials for the Ignite TV app.
If you are not able to sign in and you are getting an error that the password or username is incorrect, then please reset the password to gain access.
