Connect the HomeConnect App to an Already Configured Router

I've been here awhile

I had issues with the app so had the configuration of the router done via the web browser.

 

Now that I have a working app I am trying to get it to connect but I have the "Get Started" page when i log in.

 

I was following it and it seems to want to create a new SSID but I dont want to overwrite any of my manual configurations so whats my next step to get the app to connect to the already configured router.

Hi @michaelsrp,

 

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post! 

 

You should be able to input the same wireless credentials that you have already saved for your devices when going through the steps in the app. If there are any issues unfortunately to continue with access to the app you may need to reset up your wireless connection. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

It worked but set all of the ssids to the same so I had to reconfigure the one different one.

That said I also noticed that some of the configuration abilities have moved to the app and cannot be done in the web browser.
