Hi, I just bought a new Lenovo M9 Tablet (Android v13) and I downloaded the Ignite TV app from the Google Play Store. The app downloaded fine but when I try to watch live TV or I try to see a recording, I get this message. "We've got a location problem. Unfortunately, we can't play this video within this country". I am using my home Rogers Ignite wi-fi (Ottawa, Canada) and I haven't any issues with any other device when watching Ignite tv. Can anyone help? Maybe there's a location issue with the tablet as it came from the US even thought I bought it from the Canadian Lenovo site? I also can't sign into the Rogers yahoo e-mail. Can download app but I cannot get into yahoo via My Rogers.

Can you check the settings on your tablet and ensure that your location is turned on. From there you can also check your app location permissions and ensure that it is set to allow for the Ignite TV app.
