I've tried to stream TSN and Sportsnet on my phone using my Rogers credentials but it always sends me back. I used to stream no problem before switching to Ignite. Is this an account issue or should I be able to stream these?

Hi @MKR4,
I hope you're enjoying the Ignite TV service. How long ago did you switch from Legacy to Ignite? What happens when you try to log into https://ignitetv.rogers.com/ or MyRogers? Are you able to sign in? If not, is it at all possible that you used a different email address during the migration process?
Just need a bit more info to get started.

I believe one needs to differentiate between streaming using the IgniteTV app, which you should be able to do and streaming say TSN+ on the internet. I believe the latter is a paid service that is not included as part of your Rogers subscriptions.
Based on the following TSN FAQ, "it depends".

I just tried "regular" TSN and I was able to subscribe using my Rogers credentials.
I also just tried Sportsnet and I was able to subscribe using my Rogers credentials. Perhaps something is amiss with your account... Good Luck.
Be advised that the bitrate streaming these channels is fairly low so the picture quality may suffer, but may be OK for a phone or tablet.
