I try to login and it keeps telling me I don’t have an infinite account, well I have the internet, the router and pay the bill every month. To me that seems like I have ignite internet. Can anyone help me with this issue I really need to change my wifi password

I can imagine how inconvenient it must be to have access issues with the Ignite WiFi app. Are you able to log into MyRogers via the app or the browser? I want to confirm if you are seeing the same error on this platform too. Have you tried to clear the app cache for the Ignite WiFi app?
Just need a little bit more info to assist you further.
