I have had ignite internet installed for just over a week and it has only worked correctly for two days not consecutively.
My hardwired internet connections stop working 1-2, sometimes 3 times an hour. i am wired directly from a cable 2 feet long from the wall into my modem and 1.5 feet long CAT6 into a computer.
I have tried troubleshooting solutions such as restarting the modem, unplugging for 5 minutes, etc.
i have already communicated with 7-8 different service specialists and am on my 3rd technician.
I work from home and have had to inform my bosses on multiple meetings that will have to call them again next time they are free to provide information because i have rogers internet and cannot maintain any calls long enough for our meetings.
No customer support or compensation besides "sorry, that sucks we can send another tech in a few days".
minimum 1 hour to get an customer support help on the phone or online.
If you call a competitor with a 4 letter name that starts with B they will match your price at least for a short term and at least you can watch a youtube video. if i don't get this sorted out soon il probably have to.

Thanks for joining us in the community and for sharing your experience here. I'm saddened to hear that it hasn't been very positive. We would have hoped that things would have gone much smoother.
You mentioned that you are on your third technician. Do you know if this is a Senior tech that is going to be visiting you?
Being that you work from home, I can certainly understand the challenges of having a wonky internet connection and I really hope we can find you a solution with this next tech visit. Regretfully, we are not able to provide compensation for time that is spent trying to get something resolved. Sorry about that. 😞
