Slow speeds on Ignite 1.5

Hi all,

Just got Rogers Ignite 1.5. Speeds are no where near what I expected - typically around 2-300 mbps. The absolute max I get is 600mbps when Im right beside the router. Rogers sent me the older XB6. Do I need a new modem or change some settings? Any help?

@KameronMD : You need the XB7 or 8.  Here's a thread on a similar topic.  Read the linked post and the ones that follow.  I assume your tests were with regular WiFi, which cannot achieve much higher than you're getting. You need to test with an Ethernet connection to a computer.

Thank you for confirming this. If Rogers knew I signed up for the 1.5, why did they give me the old XB6?
