Television and internet out all day. I was told 7 hours ago that it would be fixed within 4 hours.

You can also check out rogers.com/outage to get a quick update on any network issues being reported, as well as our Rogers Service Interruptions board, where we post any major service interruptions.

Just curious. If your internet is down how do you access those sites?

Thanks for your contribution to this thread! I hope you are well! 😊 Service interruptions can be rather inconvenient and I know firsthand how imperative it is to ensure you stay connected. With that said, do you happen to have a wireless hotspot you can utilize to access said website?
At times, I've had to utilize my hotspot to ensure I stay connected when issues like this occur until I can find a resolution. If you're still experiencing any service interruptions, feel free to shoot us a PM and we'd be more than happy to assist!
