Same thing for us, no reported outage had to call and finally got someone to confirm there was an outage; supposedly there is a cable cut between Cambridge and Guelph.
Really frustrating as they reported the outage internally at 4:10am but still no updates to the outage page. Rogers communication and customer service really needs to be addressed.
Also asked for a credit to the account but they can't guarantee anything until the outage is resolved.
No we wait.

Wife texted saying Internet at home was up around 2pm, but went back down a few minutes later (around 2:04pm). 😩

Yes the Rogers 5G coverage near downtown Hespeler in the past month or 2 I think, went down hill, would you agree?
And I apology I spelt Hespeler incorrectly. 🙄
