Rogers outage in Hesepler (Cambridge) Ontario

No coax Internet since 3:20am. Support bot suggestions didn't help (all 5 times I tried over the past hour).

When I select Chat with someone, the bot was Closed.

Funny you can select DOWN or OUTAGE as a label for posts.

Meant to say whe I asked Anna to chat with a specialist it tries to transfer the chat but only says "Closed". Upon navigating Rogers web page Support is Monday- Sunday 6am to 12am only. So apparently no one is available from 12am-6am?

And I meant to say you can NOT select DOWN or OUTAGE as a label for your post 😞

Called Rogers via cell phone and they an outage in the area affected several streets.
When asked if there is known outage and several people called in a out it, then why isn't Rogers posting on their qeb page about it?
Please show transparency with your customers, since some of us are already sharing via social media.
Was told I would receive a text message to my cell when Internet service is back up.

Also asked for them to apply a credit to my account.

Same thing for us, no reported outage had to call and finally got someone to confirm there was an outage; supposedly there is a cable cut between Cambridge and Guelph. 

Really frustrating as they reported the outage internally at 4:10am but still no updates to the outage page. Rogers communication and customer service really needs to be addressed. 

Also asked for a credit to the account but they can't guarantee anything until the outage is resolved. 

No we wait.

I’m in Hespeler as well. Our Rogers 5G is barely crawling on top of everything else.

Yes the Rogers 5G coverage near downtown Hespeler in the past month or 2 I think, went down hill, would you agree?

And I apology I spelt Hespeler incorrectly. 🙄
