The technician came and checked my modem and called Rogers technical support, as they told me my modem was not registered! However that was impossible cuz I had been using it for a month until the July 8th disruption. I was not able to call technical support for further information on the ticket they opened as they would hang up my call automatically after I’ve been waiting for hours. The line was very long and unstable unfortunately.
Any advice to deal with it? I’m very hopeless as it seems a Rogers backend issue which can’t be fixed easily.
