We recently changed our Rogers modem to the Ignite and my husband's email which was primarily a roger.com account is no longer accessible. Does anyone know how to retrieve emails as all his medical history and contacts were only through that account?

@Sraniga The change in modem should not have affected Rogers/Yahoo! email access on its own.
1. Are you able to access websites on the internet?
2. Are you trying to access the emails using Webmail (using a browser on a computer).
3. Or via a device like a phone or tablet?
4. What is the make/model of the device?
5. What is the App you're using on that device?
6. Are you using an email client like Outlook/Thunderbird on a computer?
7. What is the make/model of computer?
