Rogers Modem Offline

Our ignite has been out all day. Rogers said the outage isnt large enough to post in their website but that there are others in my locale that are out. Wondering if there are others or if there is just no tech available to help. Sunningdale/wonderland area. Everything is out - desktops, wifi, TVs - all connectivity. No solution in sight.

I have seen similar things happen from time to time in my area.  It's likely that the fibre node in your neighbourhood went down due to a hardware/software issue.
