Rogers Ignite 1GB Youtube Playback Problem Video Of Buffering

From time to time I have connection problems with Youtube and Rogers Ignite 1GB.I know it is a known issue buffering on Youtube with Ignite,so I made a video to show what I experience at times.

Any suggestions on a fix.

No VPN installed,no ad block just hard wired connection to the newest modem(CGM4331ROG XB7)

In a situation like this, I would like to run some diagnostics to make sure there isn't any issue with your connection that would be causing this. I have Ignite 150u and no issues with buffering in my home.
