I deleted the contents of a folder within my inbox in error, and sent a restore email request to Yahoo Customer Care. All emails from the particular folder were not restored, only emails from the Trash folder. Is there a reason why deleted emails in folders cannot be restored? Thank you for any input.

Losing emails can be bothersome. If the emails were deleted from a folder or Inbox, they will end up in the Trash folder. Have you checked the Trash folder before requesting restoration?
The restoration process for Rogers Yahoo Mail is designed to recover emails that have been deleted or gone missing in the last 7 days. However, it’s important to note that this process may not always be able to recover all emails, especially if they were not in the Trash folder.
