Public IP Range Changed?

Was there a network update in the last 24 hours?  My home Ignite Internet IP address changed from 173.32.XXX.XXX to a  whole new range.. 99.254.XXX.XXX

Not a big deal but strange to see this all of a sudden...

@maximus  The same happened to me in May, 2020.  After that transition, latency and jitter improved significantly.
