When the Rogers guy switched us over to Ignite I lost the conn to my printer. At first I got it to work but I needed to install a new printer each week. After much effort incl a call to Rogers I managed to install a printer 'permanently" I still have not solved the prob with my wife's laptop. As I recall, it involved signing on as admimistrator and downloading different drivers. Anyone know how to do this TIA

You will need to log into the modem and set the printer to have a static IP address. this should allow the printer to work without having to constantly remove and re-add it
