So I get an email a week ago saying upgrades are happening in my neighborhood and I will be advised of any interruption. Today no Internet or cable and 15 Rogers trucks on the street. No notice that I would be without service today. People work from home and plan hybrid arrangements. Now, halfway through the morning I need to drop everything and go to the office. Thanks for NO NOTICE!

Hello @Steveley ,
Thanks for sharing your recent experience here in the community!
I can certainly understand how this would be upsetting to deal with. I'm also quite surprised that additional notice wasn't given prior to the start of the work outside your home, that is definitely unlike us! Is it possible that an email got sent to your spam or junk mail folder by accident? I know that sometimes they will also leave a paper notice at your doorstep as well.
Regardless, we sincerely apologize for the disruption caused to your schedule and we appreciate you letting us know what happened. We'll send the feedback to the appropriate team.
Thank you!
