Over charged me about $1100

I am absolutely furious and beyond frustrated with Rogers Canada! I cannot believe the sheer level of incompetence and disrespect I’ve been subjected to by this company. First off, I was overcharged for WiFi services at my previous home — a place I was no longer living in!   Not only did they continue to charge me for services I wasn't even using, but they also continued to bill me for my new home for almost an entire year without resolving the issue! Instead of transferring the existing internet service to the new location as I mentioned, they opted to open a completely new service. They overcharged me over $1100 and when I reported them they said there was no refund and they even asked me for a cancelation fee if I wanted to cancel it.
What’s worse? I’ve called multiple times to get this straightened out, and every time I’ve reached out, the customer service representatives have been completely unhelpful. It’s like they don’t even care that their company is robbing me and treating me like garbage in the process. I’m being thrown in circles, and no one seems to know what’s going on. The whole experience has been an absolute nightmare.
How is it possible that a company as large as Rogers can’t manage to correct their billing mistakes or train their staff to be at least remotely competent or courteous? Their complete lack of professionalism and accountability is truly astonishing. This has been going on for way too long, and I’m done with it. If this doesn’t get fixed immediately,Rogers has wasted my time, and completely destroyed my trust in their service.
