Authentication to Rogers email server is good. I can send emails but there is error on receiving emails. My last email received was two weeks ago. The error message is Task 'xxxxx@rogers.com-Receiving ' reported error (0x80042110) : your POP3 server is providing inconsistent information. The number of messages returned by STAT command does not match the number of item returned by the UIDL or LIST commands. Contact your POP3 or internet service provider. I called Rogers technical support and they said upgrade to Outlook 365 will fixed it so I did upgrade it to Outlook 365 classic but the problem wasn't fixed. I called them back and they said they don't support Microsoft Outlook. So I reached out to Microsoft Office support team and they had remote access to my computer. Toke them an hour to check my Windows and Outlook and they determined they problem is with Rogers email server. So I am going back and forth between Rogers and Microsoft. Any help will be appreciated.
