Outgoing Packet Loss all of a SUDDEN. (Unplayable Gaming Lag)

Never had this issue before.

Jumped on Counter-Strike 2 at 10pm on Oct 6 and was met with rubberbanding and warping around. Net Graph in the top corner has a red Up Arrow that jumps from around 10% to up to 80%. Jumped on a couple other online games to make sure it wasn't game-specific and experienced the same issues. (though these other games do not have the netgraph indicator, I still experienced warping and rubberbanding) 

Reset the router a few times since and the issue still persists. No hardware changes have been made, or any meaningful software updates.

I appreciate the details you've shared and the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. I can understand how 
ping spikes can hinder the gaming experience. We definitely wish to take a closer look at your service.

Please provide us with a ping test and a traceroute when the latency is occurring. You can find the specific steps on how to do this here.
