I've been here awhile

We are in our 20th hour of no service. Rogers acknowledged the issue but has given us no info on the problem, no reason for the outage and no expected resolution time. This is ridiculous. Have they even sent a crew out to check the issue? If so they should be able to update us. Horrible, horrible customer service. They should never have let them buy Shaw.

Rogers has had some stability issues with their new fibre nodes and related infrastructure upgrades.  If that is what caused the extended outage in your area, Rogers will not provide any explanation for the loss of service and may not be able to provide an expected resolution time either.
