No internet despite new underground cable installation

I’m just curious if anyone else has had this happen? I moved about a month ago and went through normal procedure when moving, tech came and it didn’t work it was determined the line underground might be damaged. That fine. They set up a temporary above ground line, did not work. Contractors came to repair the line below the ground and it still does not work. None of my neighbours have issues. I’ve called to request someone to look at my modem or reset again and they won’t send anyone and claim another ticket is still open and needs to be resolved but I don’t know the details of what that work order left to do is and what else could possibly be done. Anyone ever have this happen and get to the bottom of it?

I plan to stick around

It might be helpful to look at the Rogers "demarcation" box, where the coaxial-cable enters your home.  A bad connection inside that box could be the problem.  Also, the technician should look where that coaxial-cable connects to the nearest "concentrator" box up on the nearest telephone pole. Your nearest neighbours also connect to that box. So, if there is a spare socket on that box, the technician could unscrew your cable, and screw it in to a different socket.  Or, the technician could snip-off the end connector, and attach a replacement. That is a routine "fix-it".
