No Service - Feedback for Technician

I've been here awhile

After 5 years of my neighbor piggy backing off my cable they finally showed up to run a cable to the neighbours house. Well the neighbor  is happy now that the cable running to his house is buried. Wish I could say the same. The so called tech guys unhooked and reconnected my cable and now we have nothing. I phoned Roger’s and was told I would have to wait till tomorrow after 4pm. That’s fine if we didn’t have to work from home. We spoke to a manager and he said there is nothing he can do. Guess I’m missing a day of work thanks to Rogers so called 3rd party tech experts. Thanks Rogers you did it again.
