New Rogers.com email address?

From the Mail change FAQs dated April 3, 2024:

Can I use the Member Centre to create my primary Rogers Yahoo! mail address?

No, registration for new Rogers Yahoo! email addresses is no longer available. This feature was removed on April 3, 2024. 

Does this also mean one can no longer create any secondary email addresses, and there will be no new @Rogers.com email addresses going forward?

that's exactly what it means,  if you have one, you keep it, its grandfathered, if you want a new one, your out of luck.
