No, registration for new Rogers Yahoo! email addresses is no longer available. This feature was removed on April 3, 2024.
Does this also mean one can no longer create any secondary email addresses, and there will be no new @Rogers.com email addresses going forward?

that's exactly what it means, if you have one, you keep it, its grandfathered, if you want a new one, your out of luck.

Hi @tiddle8085.
Welcome to our community forums and thank you for reaching out.
I can certainly understand wanting to regain access to your email account. If you have an active Rogers internet account with us, we can attempt to transfer the email account over to your active account, however if the account has been fully deactivated, there would be no recovery options available.
If you still need further assistance, we would like the opportunity to investigate this for you. You can send us a private message to @CommunityHelps.

Thank you.
