LAGGING SO MUCHHHHHH!!!!

WOW I NEVER HAD THIS LAGGING SO MUCH WHEN I WAS WITH FIDO INTERNET!!! WHEN THEY SWITCHED TO ROGERS IGNITE I CANT EVEN FINISH MY GAME AND COMPLETE MY QUEST COZ OF SO MUCH LAG AND ITS GETTING FRUSTRATING NOW!!!!!! EVERYTIME MY GAME FROZE FOR LIKE 5 SECONDS WHEN I GET BACK TO GAME MY CHARACTER IN THE GAME IS ALREADY DEAD!!! WHAT THE . IS GOING ON WITH ROGERS IGNITE!!!

As a fellow gamer, I know all too well the pain of lag.

In order to provide you with troubleshooting support, we'll need to know a bit more.

What game is it you're lagging in? What platform are you playing on (console/PC/mobile)? Are all games lagging? Are you playing over WiFi or Ethernet? In the case of WiFi, we would ask that you try connecting via Ethernet (if possible) to see if there are any improvements.
